304.13-390 Failure of insurer to report losses from fire to state fire marshal -Notification to commissioner -- Penalty. If the state fire marshal gives notice to the Department of Insurance that any authorized insurer has failed to comply with the provisions of KRS 227.250, the commissioner may take appropriate action up to and including revoking or suspending the insurer's certificate of authority.
