304.13-335 Certain rates to be based on Kentucky experience. Rates for professional, commercial, and governmental liability insurance shall be based on Kentucky experience when actuarially credible. This section shall not apply to rates for motor vehicle liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and employers' liability insurance. Effective: July 15, 1988 History: Created 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 261, sec. 1, effective July 15, 1988.
