304.13-169 Withholding information or giving false information. No person shall willfully withhold information which will affect the rates or premiums chargeable under this subtitle from, or knowingly give false or misleading information to, the commissioner, any statistical agent, any advisory organization, or any insurer. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1135, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 380, sec. 12, effective July 14, 2000.
