278.468 KRS 278.465 to 278.468 not applicable to certain United States agencies or instrumentalities. Nothing in KRS 278.465 to 278.468 shall apply to a United States corporate agency or instrumentality of the United States government, or a distributor of electric power primarily supplied by such a corporate agency or instrumentality of the United States government.
