249.410 Division of Environmental Services -- Supervision. The Division of Environmental Services in the Department of Agriculture shall be under the supervision of the Commissioner and shall consist of personnel determined and appointed by him. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Amended 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 88, sec. 5, effective July 13, 2004. -- Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 49, sec. 5, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1960 Ky.
