242.400 United States license -- Possession evidence of guilt. (1) (2) The possession of a United States special tax stamp, commonly called a United States license, for carrying on the business of a retail dealer in alcoholic beverages or having the tax stamp or license at the place of business in dry territory, shall be prima facie evidence of guilt under this chapter. An attested copy of the record of the office issuing such license showing its issuance shall be admissible in evidence in any action under this chapter.
