242.270 C.O.D. shipments of alcoholic beverages in dry territory prohibited. (1) (2) No person shall sell or deliver any alcoholic beverages that are to be paid for on delivery, in dry territory. Such transactions shall be deemed sales at the place where the money is paid or the goods delivered. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2554c-23.
