242.130 Dry territory may allow sale of 3.2% beer. A dry territory may, by a referendum as provided in KRS 242.130 to 242.180, allow the sale within that territory of nonintoxicating malt beverages containing not more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) of alcohol by weight.
