242.127 Sale of distilled spirits in city of the fourth class -- Local option election. (1) (2) In any city of the fourth class in which prohibition is not in effect, an election may be held in the manner prescribed in KRS Chapter 242 to take the sense of the people of the city as to the sale of distilled spirits or wine by the drink for consumption on the premises in the city. An election held pursuant to this section shall be city-wide. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 121, sec. 5, effective July 15, 1998. -- Created 1972 Ky.
