241.180 Oath and bond of city administrator and employees. (1) (2) (3) Each city administrator before entering upon his duties as such, shall take the oath prescribed in Section 228 of the Constitution, and shall execute a bond with a good corporate surety in the penal sum of not less than one thousand dollars (,000). Each city administrator may require any city employee under his supervision to execute a similar bond in such penal sum as he deems necessary. The cost of bonds given under this section shall be borne by the city. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky.
