216.905 Network license required. It shall be unlawful to operate or maintain a network without first obtaining a license from the Cabinet for Health and Family Services. A network shall not require a certificate of need. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 496, effective June 20, 2005. -- Amended 1998 Ky.
