199.892 Declaration of legislative intent. In enacting legislation relating to the regulation of day-care centers, it is the intention of the General Assembly to enable the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to qualify to receive federal funds under provisions of the Federal Social Security Act and to provide for effective regulation of day-care centers. Effective: June 20, 2005 History: Amended 2005 Ky. Acts ch. 99, sec. 192, effective June 20, 2005. -- Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 426, sec. 155, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1974 Ky.
