186A.287 Use of automated motor vehicle information system for titling and registration restricted to county clerks and Transportation Cabinet. (Effective January 1, 2013) (1) (2) The ability to use the automated motor vehicle information system to carry out the functions of titling and registration of motor vehicles shall be restricted to county clerks and the Transportation Cabinet. Any other access granted to the automated motor vehicle information system shall be for informational purposes only. Effective: January 1, 2013 History: Created 2011 Ky.
