186.5315 Posting of notice about 1994 increases in fees of circuit clerks. Immediately upon July 15, 1994, every circuit clerk shall post a permanent notice that the four dollar () increase in the fee for an instruction permit, four dollar () increase in the fee for a duplicate license, and the ten dollar () increase in the fee for a license reinstatement were requested by the Kentucky Circuit Clerks Association. The notice shall be printed in bold face type of sufficient point size to be read from a distance of at least three (3) feet. The notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place to ensure that every person who enters the circuit clerk's office will readily see the notice. Effective: July 15, 1994 History: Created 1994 Ky.
