176.520 Location of construction waste sites. Waste sites identified in KRS 176.050 shall be on property owned by the state or a city, county, or other governmental agency and have the potential to be turned into industrial parks under the provisions of KRS 176.050. Effective: March 27, 1998 History: Created 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 181, sec. 2, effective March 27, 1998.
