176.128 Effect of KRS 176.122 to 176.128. Nothing in KRS 176.122 to 176.128 shall be so construed as to prevent the lawful execution of other granted powers necessary to accomplish the purposes of the Department of Highways. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 154, sec. 6.
