176.122 Definitions for KRS 176.122 to 176.128. As used in KRS 176.122 to 176.128, unless the context requires otherwise: (1) "Department" means Department of Highways, Commonwealth of Kentucky. (2) "Person" means any individual, firm, agency, company, association, partnership or corporation. History: Created 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 154, sec. 1.
