154.23-075 Exemption from personal liability for directors and officers of authority. No director or officer of the authority shall be subject to any personal liability or accountability by reason of the execution of any financing agreement or service and technology agreement on behalf of the authority. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 528, sec. 15, effective July 14, 2000.
