154.23-070 Administrative regulations. The authority shall establish the procedures and standards for certification of qualified zones, and determination and approval of eligible companies and their projects by the promulgation of administrative regulations in accordance with KRS Chapter 13A. Effective: July 14, 2000 History: Created 2000 Ky. Acts ch. 528, sec. 14, effective July 14, 2000.
