131.330 Clerk of Board of Tax Appeals -- Appointment -- Qualifications. The Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals, subject to the provisions of KRS 18A.005 to 18A.185, shall appoint an executive director of the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals with the qualifications hereinafter prescribed, and such assistance as authorized by the Public Protection Cabinet. The executive director of the Kentucky Board of Tax Appeals shall be a person holding a degree from an accredited college or university. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky.
