80.030 City housing authority. A city housing authority shall consist of the mayor, ex officio, or his designee, and four (4) persons appointed by him with the approval of the city legislative body. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Amended 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 218, sec. 1, effective July 13, 1990. --Amended 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 2, effective July 15, 1986. -- Amended 1942 Ky.
