67C.113 Continued existence of taxing and service districts located within territory of the consolidated local government. All taxing districts, fire protection districts, sanitation districts, water districts, and any other special taxing or service districts of any kind existing upon the successful passage of the question to consolidate a city of the first class and its county shall continue in existence unless dissolved in the manner prescribed by law and shall continue to exercise all the powers and functions permitted by the Constitution and the general laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
