67A.892 Insufficiency of lump-sum payments and bonds. If, by reason of miscalculation or the happening of unforeseen events or conditions, the total proceeds of the lump-sum payments and bonds authorized by the ordinance of bond authorization should prove to be insufficient to provide for the completion of the project and the payment in full of all costs thereof, the urban-county government shall be responsible for any such deficiency.
