67A.725 Basis of assessment. The assessment for any public improvement authorized by the provisions of KRS 67A.710 to 67A.825 shall be on an assessed land value basis. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 394, sec. 4, effective June 21, 1974.
