67A.420 Compulsory retirement. Each member shall be subject to compulsory retirement according to the rules of the government in which he is employed, provided, however, that any member able to perform his assigned duties shall not be precluded from serving at least twenty (20) years. Effective: July 1, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 106, sec. 7, effective July 1, 1974.
