67A.410 Voluntary retirement. Beginning September 18, 2002, any member may, at his or her option, retire on a service retirement annuity if he or she has completed at least twenty (20) years of total service. Upon fulfillment of this term, the board shall grant the retirement annuity upon receipt of the application of the member. Effective: April 4, 2006 History: Amended 2006 Ky.
