67A.250 Qualifications of applicants. The civil service commission shall examine all eligible applicants as to their physical and mental qualification for the particular classification wherein they seek employment. To be eligible for examination a person must satisfy the minimum standards established under KRS 67A.240. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky.
