29A.990 Penalties. (1) (2) Any employer who violates subsection (1) or (2) of KRS 29A.160 is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Any willful violation of KRS 29A.010 to 29A.330 for which a penalty is not otherwise provided by statute shall be punishable as a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 252, sec. 10, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 22, secs. 27(2) and 45, effective January 2, 1978.
