29A.240 Oath to grand jury. The court shall swear the grand jury using substantially the following oath: "Do you swear or affirm that you will hear and weigh carefully all the evidence presented to you, and that you will do your duty as prescribed by law, and that you will carry out carefully any investigations which you are requested to make?"
