29A.200 Number of grand jurors -- Number required to find indictment. A grand jury shall consist of twelve (12) persons, nine (9) of whom concurring may find an indictment. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 22, sec. 31, effective January 2, 1978.
