29A.010 Definitions. As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Court" means a Circuit or District Court of this Commonwealth and includes any judge of these courts. (2) "Name" includes an identifying number. Effective: July 15, 2002 History: Amended 2002 Ky. Acts ch. 252, sec. 1, effective July 15, 2002. -- Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky.
