13A.160 Notice of hearing to compiler when hearing is required before filing of administrative regulations -- Publication. When a statute requires that a hearing be held before an administrative regulation is filed with the Commission the administrative body shall, in addition to the notice required in the statute, notify the administrative regulations compiler not less than forty-five (45) days prior to the date of the hearing of the time, date, place, and subject of the hearing and the administrative regulations compiler shall place the notice in the Administrative Register.
