530.030 Concealing birth of infant. (1) A person is guilty of concealing the birth of an infant when he conceals the corpse of a newborn child with intent to conceal the fact of its birth or to prevent a <br>determination of whether it was born dead or alive. (2) Concealing the birth of an infant is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective: January 1, 1975 <br>History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 406, sec. 259, effective January 1, 1975.
