CHAPTER 427 EXEMPTIONS
427.120 Police and firefighters' pension fund in cities of the first, second, and third classes -- Exempt from process in some cases.

be seized or levied upon by any writ or decree for the payment of any debt, claim, or
judgment against the beneficiary of the fund, except for the payment of court or
administratively ordered current child support, or child support owed, or to be owed. Effective: July 15, 1998
