CHAPTER 403 DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE -- CHILD CUSTODY
403.7527 Enforcement of foreign protective orders.

who is not eligible for a protective order in this state. A court of this state shall enforce all
provisions of a foreign protective order including provisions which grant relief that is not
available in this state. Any foreign protective order that has been properly authenticated
and that comes within the purview of KRS 403.7524 shall be effective for the period of
time fixed by the issuing court. Effective: July 15, 1998
