CHAPTER 395 PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES
395.640 Sureties of fiduciaries, inquiry into solvency of additional surety.
Download pdfthe sureties upon the bond of each fiduciary, and if there is reason to believe that any
bond is not amply sufficient to protect those interested, he shall at once give notice to the
fiduciary that a new bond, or additional surety on the old one, is required, and upon the
failure of the fiduciary to give the required bond or surety within a reasonable time fixed
by the court, the court shall remove him. Effective: January 2, 1978
