379.110 Compromise or sale of debts due or claims against estate. If it appears to be to the interest of the estate, the court may enter an order directing the <br>assignee to sell, compound or compromise any debt due the estate, or to compromise any <br>claim against the estate, but no such order shall be made within thirty (30) days after the <br>application therefor has been made and filed.
