364.990 Penalties.
Download pdfdamage caused by the use of the brand. (3) Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsection (2) of KRS 364.090 shall, for each offense, be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. (4) Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 364.100 shall, for each offense, be guilty of a Class D felony. (5) Any person who violates any of the provisions of KRS 364.110 shall be guilty of a Class D felony. Effective: July 14, 1992
