CHAPTER 350 SURFACE COAL MINING
350.200 Signs to be posted at mining sites.
Download pdfappropriate signs at the entrances, clearly setting forth the name, business address, phone
number of the permittee and the permit number of the surface coal mining and
reclamation operations, as required by regulations of the cabinet. Such signs shall be
