342.833 Workplace safety program for policyholders -- On-site examinations.

Page 1 of 1 342.833 Workplace safety program for policyholders -- On-site examinations. (1) The manager shall formulate, implement, and monitor a workplace safety program for all policyholders. (2) The manager shall develop a written workplace accident and injury reduction plan that promotes safe working conditions and which is based upon clearly stated goals <br>and objectives. The manager or employees of the authority shall have reasonable <br>access to the premises of any policyholder or applicant during regular working <br>hours. (3) The manager or board shall refuse to insure or shall terminate the insurance of any policyholder who refuses to permit on-site examinations or who disregards or fails <br>to comply with workplace safety goals and objectives required by the authority as <br>conditions for obtaining and maintaining coverage.
