341.460 Appeal to Franklin Circuit Court.
Download pdfthe Franklin Circuit Court. (2) A claimant who has been denied benefits under KRS 341.360(1)(a) may appeal for himself and for and on behalf of all other claimants similarly situated within that
establishment or other establishments whose claims were denied by reason of the
same alleged labor dispute or strike. An employer may appeal to the Franklin
Circuit Court from the decision of the commission allowing benefits under KRS
