CHAPTER 334 SPECIALISTS IN HEARING INSTRUMENTS
334.990 Penalties.
Download pdffor each failure to comply with the orders of the board concerning each violation of
law or administrative regulation concerning specialists in hearing instruments or by
imprisonment in the county jail for not more than ninety (90) days, or both. (2) In addition to any other action authorized by law, the Attorney General may enforce provisions of this chapter by civil action for injunctive relief in any court of
competent jurisdiction. In an action to obtain an injunction, it shall be sufficient to
allege and prove that a violation of this chapter has occurred or is about to occur,
and it shall not be necessary to allege or prove that any person has been misled or
deceived by an unethical conduct or that any person has been damaged or sustained
any loss as a result of any violation of this chapter. Effective: July 14, 1992
