334.110 Renewal of licenses -- Fee.

334.110 Renewal of licenses -- Fee. Each person who engages in the selling or fitting of hearing instruments shall annually, <br>on or before January 30, pay to the board a fee to be established by the board by the <br>promulgation of an administrative regulation for a renewal of his license. Where more <br>than one (1) office is operated by the licensee, duplicate certificates shall be issued by the <br>board for posting in each location. A thirty (30) day grace period shall be allowed after <br>January 30, during which time licenses may be renewed on payment of a late fee and <br>penalty to be established by the board by the promulgation of an administrative <br>regulation. The board may suspend the license of any person who fails to renew his <br>license before the expiration of the thirty (30) day grace period. After the expiration of the <br>grace period, the board may in its discretion renew the license upon the payment of an <br>additional fee to be established by the board by the promulgation of an administrative <br>regulation. No person who applies for renewal, whose license has expired, shall be <br>required to submit to any examination as a condition to renewal, if the renewal <br>application is made within two (2) years from the date of expiration.
