334.100 Licensees' and apprentices' duty to notify board of location. (1) Every person who holds a license or an apprentice permit shall notify the board in writing of the location where he engages or intends to engage in the practice of <br>selling or fitting hearing instruments or where the person is in training. (2) The board shall keep a record of each location where a licensee or apprentice intends to practice or train. (3) Any notice required to be given by the board to a person who holds a license or apprentice permit may be given by mailing it to the last known address of the <br>licensee or apprentice.
