334.050 Qualifications of applicant for licensure.

334.050 Qualifications of applicant for licensure. An applicant for licensure under this section shall pay a fee established by the board by <br>the promulgation of an administrative regulation and shall show to the board that he: <br>(1) Is a person of good moral character; <br>(2) Is twenty-one (21) years of age or older; <br>(3) Has a minimum of a high school diploma or a general education development certificate; (4) Is a citizen of the United States or has status as a legal alien; <br>(5) Is free of contagious or infectious disease; and <br>(6) Has completed the apprenticeship requirements of the formal education as provided by KRS 334.090.
