323.020 License required. Except as otherwise provided hereinafter, no person shall practice architecture in the <br>Commonwealth of Kentucky without first obtaining a license under the provisions of this <br>chapter, it being the purpose of this chapter to safeguard the life, health, property and <br>welfare of the public.
