(1) Every applicant for registration as a pharmacy technician shall be sixteen (16) years of age and of good mental health and moral character and shall file with the board <br>an application in such form and containing such data as the board may reasonably <br>require. (2) The application fee shall be twenty-five dollars (&#36;25). All applicants for registration as a pharmacy technician who serve only on a voluntary basis as a pharmacy <br>technician with a pharmacy operated by a charitable provider as defined in KRS <br>142.301 shall not be required to pay the application fee. (3) The board shall issue a certificate of registration and a pocket registration card to an applicant who meets the requirements for registration.
