314A.990 Penalties. (1) Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six (6) <br>months, or by a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars (&#36;1,000), or by both. (2) When any person other than a respiratory care practitioner holding a valid mandatory certificate has engaged in any act or practice which constitutes an <br>offense against this chapter, the Franklin Circuit Court, on application of the board, <br>may issue an injunction or other appropriate order restraining such conduct.
