314.061 Credential to bear seal of board -- Exhibit of credential on demand -- Effect of refusal. (1) Every credential issued by the board shall have the seal of the board affixed. A holder of a credential shall retain it in his possession, and be prepared to exhibit it <br>upon demand by an employer or anyone to whom the holder of the credential offers <br>nursing services, or any board or staff member of the Kentucky Board of Nursing. (2) Failure or refusal to produce a license or certification thereof upon demand shall be prima facie evidence that no such license exists. Effective: July 14, 2000 <br>History: Amended 2000 Ky.
