304.33-060 Costs and expenses of litigation. In any proceeding under this subtitle in which the receiver is the prevailing party, the <br>court shall award the receiver, in addition to such other relief as may be appropriate, all <br>costs and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees incurred in pursuing that <br>litigation, without regard to the limitations otherwise prescribed by law.
